Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of philsmagicclean.com, run by Phil's Magic Cleaning of Burlingame, California. By using the site, you agree to them.
Effective and last updated:
What the site is for
The site describes our window cleaning and commercial janitorial services and lets you request a quote. Our articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific property.
Quotes and prices
- Prices shown on the site, such as “starting at $20 per pane”, are starting points. Your actual price is in the quote we give you after we know the job.
- A quote request isn't a booking. Work is confirmed only when we agree on the quote and the schedule with you.
- Quote requests and scheduling go through Jobber, whose own terms also apply to their service.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping it in bulk, and no using it for anything unlawful. You can share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit.
Our content
The text, images, logo and design are owned by Phil's Magic Cleaning or used with permission. Don't copy or republish them beyond short quotes without asking us.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Jobber. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees about the website
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be error-free or online. Service guarantees, if any, are in your quote or service agreement, not on this website.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Phil's Magic Cleaning isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under California law that can't be waived.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information the site collects and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it applies.
Governing law
California law governs these terms.
