Meet Magic Phil
Magic Phil is the founder of Phil's Magic Cleaning, a professional cleaning company providing janitorial and window cleaning for businesses and homes on the Peninsula.
Who is Magic Phil?
Magic Phil is a Burlingame business owner and former restaurant manager who founded Phil's Magic Cleaning.
Phil built his career in restaurant management, rising to manage three Five Guys locations. That experience taught him how to manage teams, maintain high standards, run a reliable operation, and build lasting customer relationships—principles he later brought to Phil's Magic Cleaning.
How did Phil's Magic Cleaning get started?
Phil founded Phil's Magic Cleaning in Burlingame after seeing a local cleaning company pressure-washing a sidewalk and becoming interested in the business. He asked about the business, bought his own equipment, and found his first client in Burlingame.
Phil initially built the business by washing windows and pressure-washing storefronts for local shops. He wanted financial control over his own life, the means to give back to his community, and work that used what he does best: connecting with people and making them feel seen and special.
That is the magic behind Phil.
What does Phil's Magic Cleaning do today?
Phil's Magic Cleaning provides professional cleaning for businesses and homes across the Peninsula, from South San Francisco to Mountain View. What began as a window cleaning business has expanded to provide commercial and janitorial cleaning in addition to professional window cleaning.
Phil's Magic Cleaning has earned a 5.0-star rating on Google.
How is Phil involved in the Burlingame community?
Phil stays involved in the Burlingame community by volunteering at Burlingame Chamber of Commerce events and mentoring young entrepreneurs.
Off the clock, you'll find him making music, on the golf course, or enjoying a cigar at Don's in Burlingame.
